At Go Earners, we are committed to providing high-quality website designing and marketing services to all our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or refund the service. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making any purchases.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Website Designing Services: If you wish to cancel the website designing service before we start working on your project, we will issue a full refund. However, if we have already started working on your project, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost.
  2. Marketing Services: If you wish to cancel the marketing service before the start date of the campaign, we will issue a full refund. However, if we have already started the campaign, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost of the campaign.
  3. Payment Terms: We require a 50% deposit to start any project. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project. For ongoing marketing services, payment is due monthly.
  4. Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time for any reason. If we terminate our services, we will issue a pro-rated refund based on the percentage of work completed.
  5. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any delays or failures in providing our services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or internet interruptions.
  6. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, associated with our services, belong to Go Earners. You agree not to use any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.
  7. Changes to the Policy: We reserve the right to change this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
  8. No Refunds for Completed Work: We do not offer refunds for any completed work that meets the specifications outlined in the project agreement. In such cases, we will work with you to resolve any issues and make the necessary changes.
  9. Client Responsibilities: As a client, you are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete information needed to complete your project. If there are delays or additional costs incurred due to incomplete or inaccurate information, we reserve the right to adjust the project timeline and cost.
  10. Non-Disclosure Agreement: We respect the confidentiality of our client’s information and maintain a strict non-disclosure agreement. We will not share any confidential information with third parties without your express written consent.
  11. Communication: We believe in open and transparent communication with our clients. If you have any concerns or questions about our services, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
  12. Third-Party Services: We may use third-party services, such as hosting or domain registration, to complete your project. In such cases, the terms and conditions of these services will apply, and we will not be responsible for any issues that may arise from these services.
  13. Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact us at support@goearners.com. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the completion of the project or the start of the marketing campaign. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  14. No Refunds for Domain Names: We do not offer refunds for domain name registrations or transfers. Once a domain name has been registered or transferred, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another registrar.
  15. No Refunds for Hosting: We do not offer refunds for hosting services. Once a hosting account has been set up, it cannot be refunded.
  16. No Refunds for Custom Work: We do not offer refunds for custom work, including but not limited to custom coding, custom graphics, or custom plugins. Custom work is non-refundable once it has been completed.
  17. Third-Party Fees: We are not responsible for any fees or charges incurred from third-party services, including but not limited to domain name registration, hosting, or payment processing fees.

Refund Policy:

  1. Website Designing Services: If you are not satisfied with the website designing service, please notify us within 7 days of the completion of the project. We will work with you to resolve any issues and make the necessary changes. If you are still not satisfied, we will issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.
  2. Marketing Services: If you are not satisfied with the marketing service, please notify us within 7 days of the start of the campaign.

We will work with you to resolve any issues and make the necessary changes. If you are still not satisfied, we will issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.
  4. No Refunds for Advertising Spend: We do not offer refunds for any advertising spend that has already been paid to third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
  5. Refunds for Unused Hours: If you have purchased a package of hours for our marketing services and have unused hours, you may request a refund for those unused hours. The refund will be prorated based on the hourly rate of the package.
  6. Refunds for Marketing Campaigns: If we are unable to complete a marketing campaign due to events beyond our control, such as a platform outage, we will issue a pro-rated refund based on the percentage of work completed.
  7. Refunds for Website Hosting: If you are not satisfied with our website hosting service, please notify us within 7 days of the start of the hosting service. We will work with you to resolve any issues and make the necessary changes. If you are still not satisfied, we will issue a partial refund based on the percentage of time remaining on your hosting account.
  8. Refunds for Website Maintenance: If you are not satisfied with our website maintenance service, please notify us within 7 days of the completion of the maintenance task. We will work with you to resolve any issues and make the necessary changes. If you are still not satisfied, we will issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.
